Thanks, Robert. I found this quite helpful. Household tasks are perfect for learning mindfulness. I’m fortunate that as a semi-retired person not to have a chaotic, busy life anymore. I’m not really sure this gives me that much of an advantage though…we’ll see.
On trying to remember the breath… I seem to be hopeless to remember to do it just when I need to the most. So I’m putting notices in my car, the bathroom, the kitchen, etc etc with the simple word ‘breath’.
