  1. Came across this and loved it, maybe you’ve seen it. By Richard Brautigan:

    1. Get enough food to eat, and eat it.
    2. Find a place to sleep where it is quiet, and sleep there.
    3. Reduce intellectual and emotional noise until you arrive at the silence of yourself, and listen to it.

  2. Hi, Robert.

I just want to ask the title of the music being played at the end of your podcasts. I live in Manila, Philippines and have been your regular listener since early this year.

I love listening to all your podcasts and I must say that they do quiet my mind.

Thanks and more power to you.

  4. Hi Robert,

Isn’t it funny how the universe sends you everything you need at just the right time. You just have to be open to it.
Having reached a time in my life where I want to go deeper, I’ve been looking for teachers to inspire me. Last year I discovered Eckhardt Tolle and had my mind blown by the absolute truth of his words. Just recently I found some of your podcasts all stored away neatly on my old IPod…. my partner having downloaded them years ago!
I just want to say… thank you Robert for your honest and open approach and for putting yourself out there. You have helped and are still helping me to find clarity, space and peace in this rather busy, complicated world.
As they say over here in Australia… “Good on you”.
    Your podcasts are a delight.
    With much love

  5. Hey Robert

Ive been listening to you podcasts for a long time as well as doing yoga and meditation to try to find stillness of the mind. I am having a hard time and often feel very sad but do not have depression. I have a great love for people and for humanity, but often when I read newspapers or hear stories I get overwhelmed with anger and sadness about the terrible things people do to each other and I feel my friends and family are apathetic towards suffering. Feeling a loss of hope for people, and a lack of love, I always want to withdrawl from people completly. I do not know if I can really do much to help the world. I do some conservation volunteer work but do not feel it is as effective as I would like it to be. I was wondering if you have any words of advice.

    Thank You
    Rachel

  7. Hi Robert,

I have benefited greatly from your podcasts and I have began to see changes in my life. Thank you for that!. A Quiet Mind is great help and I hope that you will be back with more!

  8. Once again thanks for the inspirational and uplifting podcasts.
I started listening to them on vacation in Northern France, a beautiful place of nature. Sometimes I find it hard to sit but I will persist.
How do I follow the live evening sittings – I am UK time and I work Thursday evenings – does it still work to follow a video of meditation if it is not live? Thanks Sarah

  9. I just found your podcast on Stitcher Radio. It was exactly what I needed to hear at a trying time in my life. I noticed here that the podcast that I had listened to was from June, and this is January. You had mentioned some health issues…I hope you are well. This is just a note to say “Thank You” for the reminder of the I Am that is under all the physical and mental interference.

All the way from cold, snowy, grey skied Pennsylvania,
    Thanks,
    Cindy Dague
