I have some exciting news to share. I have decided to start a group where I will be teaching and sharing the practices from “A Quiet Mind” podcasts. This group will meet near my home in the Washington, DC area every Thursday evening 7:00-8:00 p.m. I will be having the first meeting this Thursday, January 15th in the Reston area.
