Thank you for the 'Daily Drama' podcast.  I find it refreshing and freeing to identify my complaints as merely a habit. I also imagined myself in the position of the person who frequently has to listen to me complain. "Listening" to myself, I realized how my  daily dramas can be distracting and, from a larger point of view, of less(er) significance. Thank you!</description>
