Do your daily dramas control how you think and feel?

We ask the question in the new podcast for this Sunday “Do our daily dramas control how we think and feel, and if so are we tired of that?” We put into practice simply allowing ourselves to stop for a moment and let a new habit take over. The new habit being simply observing ourselves practicing complaining without judgment. How does this work? Listen to the new podcast on Itunes to see for yourself how you can tap into who you really are – bliss, love, and peace. Remember to stop, wait, listen, breath and see that everything you wish for you are right now.

Peace Robert

  1. Hi,

Thank you for the ‘Daily Drama’ podcast. I find it refreshing and freeing to identify my complaints as merely a habit. I also imagined myself in the position of the person who frequently has to listen to me complain. “Listening” to myself, I realized how my daily dramas can be distracting and, from a larger point of view, of less(er) significance. Thank you!
